I’m still in shock, can’t believe that I lost my Mom! can’t forget how she calls me Nnem” meaning her mother’ ‘feeling so sad! Please am sorry to share this sad news and peaceful exit of my mother, sweet mother, Mother General, Nneoma,

Beatrice Amadi Uche “MamaDidi” – My mother’s sweetness emanates from being a woman of beauty & wisdom – a natural caregiver, my role model. she lived a fulfill beautiful life. my ever-smiling, fun-loving, kind hearted mom! we will gradually accept her gracious exit, to be with her maker in heaven. She is already dearly missed by many, including her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, in-laws, sisters, nephews, nieces, cousins, surrogates and many, many friends, old and young.

It has been just few days, but it hurts so much and feels like eternity already! she would be remembered as Ezinne, Nneoma to us all, We are somehow comforted that we will see you in the next world, flashing your beautiful gap-toothed smile, with everyone again admiring your beautiful tatoos, which your loving parents decorated you with, from birth.

As a devout Catholic gem, you were titled Nneoma in the church. At home, the children and the widows are still gathering to be teased, counseled, and fed by Nneoma.

the young ones have been stopping by as usual, to ask you for advise or for you to speak to their parents on their behalf. They have been going away in tears, as they have been greeted, not by your warm and calming smile, but with your now permanent absence. The older ones yearn for your telling them the truth as you see it, without making them look stupid. They miss your insisting they eat something or take some along as they leave. You did touch so many lives, mom, and your phone still rings.

You now need to rest, mom. We will continue to celebrate your generous life, while here on earth. I will continue to try to emulate you, but I can never fill your shoes. We love you, but it looks like God loves you more. Adieu. Laa n’udo. Nnem Oma!!
